Precision Machining

We have a deep knowledge of manual and CNC machining and the ability to supply both short-run and production volume. Operating as a ‘mixed-mode’ shop is extremely sensitive because of the flexibility required scheduling a plant that is simultaneously producing unique parts, various lot sizes and multiple operations. Manown’s seasoned and talented machinist work with some of the highest technology lathes and mills to produce the simplest to most intricate parts at the volume requested. Turn work, mill work and castings, machined complete, are core competencies at Manown.

Tooling and Fixture Design Build

It is unfortunate, but many domestic tool & die manufacturers have not did not survive during the cultural shift and rise of offshore outsourcing. However, Manown Engineering has skilled craftsmen that can manufacture jigs, fixtures and tools at a competitive price.

Fabrication & Welding

Manown has the capability to custom fabricate from a wide-array of materials to meet customer’s fabrication and welding needs. Our processes are certified to AWS D1.1 and we excel with weldments of all sizes.

Assemblies & Sub-Assemblies

Further separating us from common job shops is our sub-assembly and assembly solutions.  This service aligns with our commitment to save the customer’s valuable resources. Allowing us to manufacture and assemble to complete products will eliminate waste and increase productivity.

Global Sourcing

The cost and risk associated with offshore procurement can be relieved by engaging Manown’s global solutions. Partnerships in low-cost regions allow us to procure raw castings, castings – machined complete and high volume machined parts. Manown performs first articles and inventories stock to guarantee quality and supply demand surges.
